The Rules are "The Mother of Softskills". They are the basis of all living and working together. They are paramount in acquisition, marketing, customer management and workforce management as well as in leadership.

"Love Means Value" is a fundamental analysis of human behaviour. It links motivation, communication and value in a business setting. The Rules provide the essential edge under any set of economic circumstances. Anytime.

Angst
Causing angst by reprimands and humiliations, giving orders and "breaking" the other person are considered modern management tools. However, the customer, employee or colleague, resp., will only cooperate in order to remain free of angst. A person is therefore lost to cooperation, i. e. the general motivation, the willingness to cooperate and the ability to be part of shared values.

Love Means Value
We do anything for those who serve our needs to be part of the human community ("love"), enable us to live a life of our choice ("means"), and join our views on life ("value").

The Rules
The Rules add up motivation, communication and value in a surprisingly simply approach to cause successful action. We show why so and how each and everybody may use the Rules in his/her enterprise, occupational field or community.
